Sting Break
Tech’s Student Appreciation Day, Sting Break, is one of the largest events held on campus each spring. Thousands of students enjoy free food, t-shirts and rides during the day and a concert that evening. The Alumni Association is one of Sting Break’s biggest supporters through financial support and by providing staff volunteers. We look forward to seeing you there!
Dean Griffin Day
Dean Griffin Day is a Georgia Tech tradition that is hosted by the Ambassadors and Alumni Association each spring to thank the faculty and staff members who have had the greatest impact on students’ development while they are in college and to honor the memory of Dean Griffin. This event recognizes outstanding faculty and staff on campus through letters, a luncheon, and awards.
