Vice-President - Performs the duties of the President in his/her absence and handles arrangements for programs and meetings with the assistance of the Club Steering Committee. Secretary - Maintains Club's list of active alumni, organizes Club agenda, takes meeting minutes, works with Alumni Association to promote meetings and turns in all post-meeting reports. Treasurer - Serves as the custodian of all Club funds and prepares an annual report at the end of each fiscal year. College Fair/Student Recruiting - Increases local Georgia Tech Club support and participation in student recruiting activities such as college fairs. Club Scholarship - Manages the scholarship process of receiving applications, organizing interviews and scheduling committee meetings. Also leads the fundraising efforts for the Club scholarship account. Young Alumni Representative - Must have graduated within the past 10 years. Works in conjunction with the Young Alumni Council to develop programs, outings and events that will attract young alumni to the Club. Roll Call/Annual Fund - Encourages and leads the Club throughout the Roll Call Clubs Competition and coordinates all Roll Call activities. TEAM Buzz/Community Service - Organizes and leads the Club's participation in community service projects.
